What the service is, today

The NOA receipt format and gate — open-source (Apache-2.0), published at https://github.com/NordenSoft/noa. You can run it yourself without any hosted service.
The NOA Enterprise Console — a hosted admin product (RBAC, audit trail, evidence store, SSO/SCIM). Currently pre-general-availability; specific feature maturity (shipped vs. alpha vs. roadmap) is stated plainly on /compare and /regulations rather than repeated here.
NOA Trust — the approver mobile app.
As of this writing this codebase has no payment/billing integration — no fees are currently charged through this site. Pricing, paid-plan terms, and payment processor (if any is later added): [TODO: patron/hukuk-ekibi doldurur]

Enterprise console accounts are protected by role-based access control and, for sensitive actions, step-up passkey re-authentication — see /security for the full, honestly-labeled control list (including named gaps).
